Constructs a new UnknownElementException for the specified element. An additional object may also be passed to give further context as to where the exception occurred, such as the additional parameter used by visitor classes.
Parameters:
element - the unknown element or null.
param - the additional parameter or null.

Returns the unknown element or null if unavailable. The element may be null if the value is not Serializable but the exception has been serialized and read back in.
